What is on it

The words, design, code and product descriptions here belong to SAIGOC. The products shown on our work page are our own, built and run by us. Names and marks belonging to other companies belong to them.

We describe our products and services as accurately as we can, but this site is marketing rather than a specification. Nothing on it is a contractual promise about what a particular piece of work will do, cost or take.

Client work

Engagements are governed by the proposal, statement of work or service agreement signed for them. Where anything in such an agreement conflicts with this page, that agreement wins.

No warranty for the site itself

This website is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of error, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from using it. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect your rights under a signed agreement with us.

What we collect and what we do with it is set out on our privacy page.

Changes and law

We may revise these terms; the date at the top moves when we do. SAIGOC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, and these terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
