What we hold, and what we never do with it.

Who this covers

SAIGOC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, providing AI automation, custom software and IT support. This policy covers this website, and the internal tools we build and run for ourselves — including Cockpit, described below. Client projects are governed by the agreement signed for that project, which takes precedence over this page.

What the website collects

If you send us an enquiry, we receive what you typed and your email address, and we keep it so we can reply and maintain a record of the conversation. That is the whole of it. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside SAIGOC except where the law requires.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell profiles of visitors.

Cockpit and Google account data

Cockpit is an internal tool used by SAIGOC staff on their own accounts. It is not offered to the public and it holds no client mailboxes. It is documented here because it requests Google account access, and you are entitled to know precisely what that means before granting it.

What it asks for, and why

gmail.modify

Read the inbox, mark messages read or unread, archive, move to trash, and send replies you have approved. It cannot delete anything permanently.

calendar.events

Show your calendar, flag clashes, and create, edit or remove events you ask for.

tasks

Show your task list, and add, complete or remove tasks you ask for.

Where it goes

Google sign-in tokens are held server-side and are never sent to the browser. Mail, calendar and task data is fetched on demand and cached briefly so the page loads quickly. Cockpit includes an assistant, and to answer a question or draft a reply it sends the relevant content — which can include the text of an email — to Anthropic’s Claude API for processing. Anthropic acts as our processor and does not use that content to train its models. The assistant keeps the conversation so it can be picked up on another device.

Nothing from a connected Google account is sold, shared with advertisers, used to build a profile, or used to train any machine learning model.

Limited Use

SAIGOC’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Taking it back

Access can be withdrawn at any moment from your Google account permissions, or by disconnecting the account inside Cockpit. Disconnecting deletes the stored token immediately; once it is gone we cannot reach the account at all.

Keeping and deleting

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we may reasonably need it for the relationship it belongs to, and then delete it. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it, and we will do that within a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. We do not make quiet edits.
