About us
A team that ships its own software.
SAIGOC is a US-registered company building AI automation, custom software and the IT that keeps a business upright. Most agencies describe what they would do; the work page shows what we already did.
Why three divisions
It looks like three businesses because in a sense it is. What they share is one team, one standard, and the same refusal to hand over something we would not run ourselves.
For brands and agencies, that means automation and AI systems that actually get built rather than scoped — plus content and back-office work run by specialists rather than generalists.
For founders who need software, it means a team that has already built and shipped its own products rather than one that only talks about other people’s. All of it is on the work page — including what is live, what is private, and what each one proves.
For small and mid-sized businesses, it means IT that stays out of the way, being findable when someone searches, and the small custom tools that replace the spreadsheet everyone is afraid to touch.

How we work
We build the thing
There is a large industry selling advice about AI. We are not in it. What we hand over is a working system connected to the tools you already use — and we stay on to keep it running when the vendor changes an API next quarter.
Fix the cause, not the ticket
Closing the same ticket every month isn't support, it's a subscription to a problem. When something recurs we go after the underlying cause rather than getting efficient at patching the symptom.
Show, don't claim
Anyone can describe a capability. Automations come with their logs. Software comes with something you can open and use. Two of our own products are publicly live precisely so the claim is checkable rather than charming.
Say when it's not us
Some enquiries are better served by a cheaper tool, a local contractor, or nothing at all. Saying so costs us one invoice and earns the next three.
